Ms. Brandy Boeckman
Hello and welcome to Western Hills Elementary! My name is Brandy Boeckman and I am going to be your 3rd Grade Teacher. I graduated from the Southwest Texas State University with a bachelor’s degree. I am excited to be your Reading teacher this year. We will experience new places, new friends, and different cultures in the books we read this year. My hobbies include traveling, spending time with friends and family, and baking.

I am very excited to be teaching third grade dual language this year at WHES. I am new to FWISD and this will be my 20th year teaching in a bilingual/dual language classroom. I grew up in Ecuador and spent my high school years in Mexico. My free time is spent traveling, gardening, house projects and spending time with my family.

Welcome to Western Hills Elementary! My name is Leslie (Michelle) Simpson and I will be teaching 3rd grade Math and Science this year. This is my 10th year of teaching and my 1st year in FWISD. I graduated from UTA with my Bachelor's degree and completed my Master's degree in Education from LeTourneau University. When I am not teaching, I love spending time with my son Tripp and all of my animals that come to visit daily.

Hi and welcome to Western Hills Elementary! My name is Inma Weaver and I am going to be your 3rd Grade Teacher. I graduated from Universidad de Granada, Granada Spain with a Master’s degree in Linguistics. I am excited about all of the fun and exciting projects we will do this year in 2nd Grade Reading, Writing and Social Studies. We will explore the world around us! My hobbies include reading, watching movies, playing sports, traveling and learning.

Mrs. Mara Pemberton
Mrs. Pemberton was raised in Henderson, TX and attended Stephen F. Austin University for her Bachelor's Degree. She has been teaching at Western Hills Elementary for 16 years, since 1996.
What she loves most about teaching is that there is never a dull moment!

Hello and welcome to Western Hills Elementary! My name is Rashunda Ford. I will be your 4th grade Math and Science teacher. I graduated from University of North Texas with a Bachelor's degree and University of Kansas with a Master's degree. I am excited about all the new and returning students, along with all the growth we will do this year. When I'm not teaching, I enjoy spending time with my family, having spa days, and traveling.
